L'Aurore (Dawn) by William Adolphe Bouguereau, 1881

I don't know either, somehow I'm having fun copying old paintings at the moment. I've been working as a postman for about a year, which is quite physically demanding so it's nice to have a hobby to balance it out. In the future I will definitely try my own designs, but for now it's enough for me to reproduce something.

Dang, that's pretty good!

Since when did you become a neutral classical artist after making these extremely goofy as all hell games and art in the first place? It's sorta odd to see that from you, given that fact that your body of work was mostly about getting a chuckle just for fun from the past couple of years or so. Still interesting to admire not going to lie here.

Wiesi responds:

Well, I personally don't really see that much difference between my games etc and this stuff. To be honest, many of the renaissance paintings strike me as totally crazy. I mean look at that woman almost naked smelling a flower like she's on a drug spree lol. Or the other painting with the woman holding an ermine in her arms.. I really had to grin when I saw the original.
