No one will understand what this art is about. Why does she have a name and being titled as a demon queen. Well it's a character from what I'm writing.

There is still a lot to learn in drawing, so I would appreciate any tips for this drawing or my upcoming drawing from what I'm writing

A little bit about this character:

Well from title and from art you can see that she's a powerful being and a demon without horns... She wields the power of "Hell Flames".

Right she's in her demon's state, but then she's in neutral, she would be without the wings. My image of her transforming into the demon form is that she drowns herself in flames and those flames create wings and she expands them.

Btw if she does remind you of some game, cartoon or anime character I would love to hear what kind of character she resembles.
