rlly good artwork

i noticed in alot for creations are close rezemblince to starcraft or warhammer 40k (that's just my opinion) the depth you put into it makes its sorta lifelike as you shade and color in the peaces and slowly but shurly make them so good you have people begging to hire to you, im a small time artist my self but i suck and i dont have the money or equipment for online work, other then that love your stuff and i will have to bug you some day for tips = w=-d

Amazing

The amount of detail that you put into your drawings is just extraordinary. Every single one draws you in and leaves you finding something more to look at.

Just a question though, do you do this on the computer with a tablet or do you start out with a pencil and paper sketch first?

voxmortemcg responds:

thank you!

This work was started in Google Sketchup- I modelled tank and set some basic scene. Then I exported it as an image to Gimp and started coloring and further adding details. It was completed with tablet, although I often sketch with pencil to get some ideas and check how it works, then scan and continue digitally.

Here's tank model and early work in progress:

memories

Good old memories.
The smell of metal cuttings, grease and diesel I will never forget these days at maintenance.
I wish I could get this as a poster, that would be awsome!

voxmortemcg responds:

thank you! I have some bigger version stored on HD somewhere, I'll send it over if I find it
