It's Maiko designed based on her new look in the next installment in the Umichan: Maiko series.
This was originally drawn for the NG postergirls contest but didn't make it.
I'll find other use for it.

Well this was notbad, it has a lot of "SPARKLE" to it wich is a nice add, maybe of her red top you can ad more of that bubbly shine aswell, just an idea there for you, it was pretty good piece though.

DoctorStrongbad Maiko is one of the best anime artwork that I have seen on NewGrounds. She is feminine and has good attention to detail. The color works well, and the purple eyes just stand out.
