Hector "LA PASTELERÍA" Mollete vs. Joaquín "CONEJO AZUL" Carne
Mr. Carne, founder of Carne's and food courier business Tasty Truck (making him Halal and Kosher's boss), was once a famous luchador under the name "Conejo Azul" many years ago. In a match that would've entered him into the Hall of Fame, however, he was unmasked by La Pasteleria.
As per the more... supernatural laws of lucha libre, Carne's legacy faded away. Literally. Everyone's memories, TV recordings, his public appearances, every trace of Conejo Azul was wiped from the world, with only Hector and Carne himself retaining their memories.
With Carne no longer being a luchador, he was disqualified from the match and Hector was entered into the Hall of Fame. He left Mexico, immigrating to Santa Comida with his infant daughter to start over with a new life.

Yooo, i wasn't expecting some good ol lore dumping, aw man, i really wish Halal and Kosher was an actual animated cartoon...

Oh these 2 big dudes rock! I really like the backstory you have for them, especially with how... ominous the 'supernatural laws of lucha libre sound.'
Hopefully he's found some peace working at Tasty Truck and probably scaring Halal & Kosher to death with his eye contact alone. Can't wait to see more funny guys from this strange world!

He's got a very commanding and macho presence but he's actually a very helpful and supportive person, who gets serious when the situation calls for it
He sometimes misses the rush of fighting in the ring, so he always looks for outlets for the pent-up luchador energy in his soul
