The PsyKotroniKa Internarcotic Brain-computer Interface Agent was an online service and autonomous internet network believed to be launched in early 1995 by shadow international narcoterrorist mega-conglomerate doomsday group Madrugada Corporation and developed by their Online Services subsidiary (consisting of recently purchased holdings CompuServe, America Online, Adobe, Oracle, Union Carbide Corporation, and the National Center for Supercomputing Applications - alongside several factions of ex-psychotronic researchers at the Central Intelligence Agency, the Russian Committee for State Security and the Chinese Ministry of State Security). Its affordable network served to link the cyberpsychedelic effects of the PsyKotroniKa drug on the brain to the internet and connect 378 million worldwide users (legally documented as addicts), and during its years of operation was a hub for strengthening the new information technology to the PsyKotroniK dimension; developing and further sedating the degenerating habits of the international consumer class; providing optimized logistics support for the global trade of PsyKotroniKa; covert intergovernmental activities; liquidating the assets of major shareholders in the existing world-order; and, thus, immanentizing the ancient foretold Karbünçaşy prophecy of the 21st century ESCHATON.

According to Madrugada Corp.'s 1997 Annual Report, users experienced 72x greater, long-term fatal health risks from using the service compared to the standalone effects of PsyKotroniKa addiction. Given the commercial success and impact of the service as a new global medium congruent with the impact of the internet's impact on humanity and international institutions as a whole, skyrocketing rates of crime, substance abuse, birth rate, and death statistics were widely ignored by the inebriated governments and media alike.
