Weird Bird

A lot of people on Twitter have been seeing weird birds lately, but I saw a really fucking weird one. I didn't want to stick around so I don't have a picture so I drew what I saw, anyone have any idea what this is? I think it was sick.

weird indeed. but for some reason while also being a little bit "uhm..ok..scared..or sth like that" it made me also laugh. thanks for that alone ^^
