Ho boy, where to start with this one? This was also a very old concept I had around the same time I made the robot Pegasus Device. Everybody, meet Bloody! Bloody Pie? Bloonkie?

Ehhh...

This is my own creative take on a hostile unholy entity that likes to impersonate Pinkie Pie! She's inspired by Luna.EXE, Bloodline.EXE, and the Five Nights at Pinkie’s games. Of course, she is also inspired by the fanfic, ‘Cupcakes’ by Sergeant Sprinkles. I'm simply gonna call her Bloodline, or “Bloody” for short. 

Here’s my attempt to fit this into some kind of MLP AU lore.

Many eons ago, a gluttonous fiend named Bloodline was hellbent on devouring Equestria by spreading her body across the planet like an unstoppable ravenous plague. She is a horrific concept of flesh and alloy, who not only fed upon it but could also convoke it. Her origins are unknown, but sages speculate that she might be Tartarus’ twisted attempt at making a biotic virus. 

Bloodline’s reign of terror was ended swiftly by Princess Luna. Luna released the imprisoned souls from Bloodline’s gorge and froze the metal in her body and shattered it. Thus, reducing Bloody into a helpless husk. To ensure that she would never slaughter again, Luna sealed Bloodline within a small totem and hid it away in the depths of the Castle of the Two Sisters. 

Unfortunately, the great thaumic spike made from the Elements of Harmony defeating Nightmare Moon aided Bloodline to break out of her symbolic prison. Bloodline vowed to get her revenge on Luna by forcing her to relive a cycle of constant death and torture. But first, Bloody needed to find a host to support her weakened state.

Bloody stumbled upon a scrapped animatronic created by the Flim Flam Brothers. The automaton was their failed attempt to scrounge off the popularity of a pink party pony. Flim and Flam created it so that it almost perfectly mirrored the erraticness of Pinkie Pie. However, they had dumped the animatronic shortly after they created it because its unsettling appearance had driven off their customers. 

In her new robotic suit, Bloody suddenly found interest in her body’s living counterpart. She snuck into Ponyville's Sugarcube Corner and captured Pinkie Pie, locking her away in the basement. With the Element of Laughter, Bloody disguised herself as Pinkie. Despite having the element’s powers, Bloodline was still weak and she must continue to eat. The more she eats, the closer she will be to regaining her true form. While in the bakery, Bloody’s sadistic mind hatched creative ways to lure in prey and cook them into confectionery treats.

And yes, she definitely knows Nerdie. Bloodline is sure that her hunting in Ponyville will not last long. So, she looked for ways to spread her influence into other populated areas as a means to find more prey. With the help of the element and the victims she devoured, Bloody’s powers helped her find a remarkable weather facility within the clouds above. The facility hid “interesting” practices within its thunderous walls, guarded by modernized machines.

Bloody was able to latch onto and give one of the machines life. She tasked it to get revenge on its creators, but this was only Bloodline’s way to convince the machine to gather food for her upon her arrival in Cloudsdale. However, the machine betrayed Bloodline and took over the factory to concoct their own plans for domination. Bloodline counts Nerdie lucky that she's high up in the clouds. Because when Bloody finds a way to visit Cloudsale, she would like to give Nerdie a piece of her mind and tear her into pieces.
