Liberta Clan, a group known by the government for their atrocities of vandalism and even murder.
Liberta Clan will never stop until they get what they all united for - liberation from the oppressive government who they claim to be the villains. They lurk in the depths of Gearman's City sewers and operate mostly underground, emerging in the dead of night to strike down Protettorates when they least expect. Their apparel helps them blend in with the darkness and also is easily recogniseable by their own people. Their iconic masks hide their identity to avoid consequences and potential wrath from the Gearman's City police patrol.
