So...these two things are the only thing I've made today

It has not been a good day for me, clearly

Still not feeling all that well and I dread going back to school tomorrow

Basically, I was put into a health and safety course, it was supposed to take 2 days to finish, there were over 20 people in this course and we were all in this small classroom, which couldn't actually fit all of us that well. and well...I got pretty stressed out, the small room, how cramped it was, the fact everyone would just never stop talking or making noise. It just got a bit much for me as I'm Autistic and REALLY noise sensitive,along with generally having severe anxiety, and in this case Also being extremely claustrophobic and fear of people/crowds which is just a cherry on top of this shit pie. I tried to force myself to go through it though as I needed the credits and this course would help me find work in the future.

I barley lasted 5 hours, I ended up having a full blown panic attack due to all the noise, I had doubled over on my seat, rocking myself back and forth in a vain attempt to calm myself, but just ended up crying and crying. Everyone in the class noticed. I was taken out and I spent the last 2 hours of the school day in the library

I really don't want to go back to the course tomorrow, the idea of going makes me feel sick to my stomach like there's a pit that won't go away. But I have to go back, I need the credits

I'm not looking forward to tomorrow...

It's late, I'm going to bed
