From back when I used lineart to draw things. Nowadays I leave pieces of the drawing unfinished and expect people to use negative space to imagine theres a figure there. There's something simultaneously very clumsy and somewhat intricate about this, wonder if would still be easy to draw with lineart again if I tried. Also, a bit eva-esque, but it was actually meant to be inspired by the Nightingale from Gundam.

Used to go back and forth a lot about whether these characters were a person in a suit, or if they were actually just robots that look this way. Isn't it so much funnier when its unclear?
