In the year of 20xx, the Japanese scientist Toshihiro Gino had a great benevolent ambition. Worrying about Japan's shrinking and aging population and the lack of happiness the world, he searched for a way to solve this problems with his knowledge of robotics, but to no avail. But one day, he and his niece were saved by a sentient robot with incredible potential, one who uses magic as a source of infinite energy. Adopting this robot into his family and researching it ( with consent, of course ), he unlocked the true potential of robotics + magic, being able to create other sentient robots. Now people wouldn't need to worry about loneliness and overworking again, everyone would be able to happy.

or so he thought...

Decades later, after both of their passings, the giant conglomerate know as Starfall Zaibatsu secretly stole all of his research and decide to mass produce this robots, pretty much taking all of the small jobs from the population and overworking the robots into oblivion, which ended up creating a big conflict between people and robots. Tired of the abuse and wanting their own free will, the sentient robots decided to strike against the Zaibatsu, but they were unfortunately met with brutality by non-sentient Patrol Robots. Its was a carnage that no one was pleased by, but no one could do anything about it.

Centuries later, the stagnant Japanese society became too depended on robots, for both work, entertainment and companionship, with Starfall Zaibatsu pulling all the strings. Yet one day, one of the Optimized Patrol Units was acting strange lately. This robot in particular was not checked much compare to others, so when it manages to leave its sleeping station, it decide to explored a little bit. It found some human guards, not doing their job and watching anime. When it approached them, they were obviously scared of the Patrol Unit, but it couldn't understand why. When they saw that the Unit did nothing to them and it just stared at the monitor screen with awe, the guards just let it watch old anime with them until their shift was over. Day after day, week after week, month after month, this three individuals created an unlikely friendship amongst themselves over their love for cheap Tokusatsu Shows, Battle Shonen Manga and Magical Girls Cartoons. But it was not meant to be...

Slowly but surely people started noticing the uncharacteristic behaviors from this Patrol Unit, being all nice, gentle and full of energy ( too much energy sometimes ), and this caught the attention of the Zaibatsu. To solve this small hiccup, they dispatched a "professional" to talk to the Unit. Very curious was always, the Patrol Unit wondered why this man brought it to a scary looking place away from the city, but when the Unit figure the why, it shocked the poor robot to its core. A gigantic graveyard of robot corpses, most of them being other Patrol Units, broken and rusty, with the sounds of painful wailing where their souls resided. So the "professional" gave the Unit a choice. Get in line and act like a normal Patrol Unit, emotionless and strict, just like what the Zaibatsu wanted, or be terminated and forgotten. Scared for its live, the Patrol Unit flew into the sky to escape, but it was too late. Hundreds of Patrol Units took chase to it, with the intent of dismantling it into pieces. Even with the small help of its friends with hiding, their pursuers always knew where they were.

Terrified and guilty for putting its friends in this situation, the scared Patrol Unit couldn't do anything other than wait for its demise, but when everything seemed hopeless, the robot heard a voice in its head...

Hey, want some help? Want to live the rest of your days 100% unshackled? Then come on in... ;]

Without any other choice, the Patrol Unit accepted the deal. And with a giant flash of light, all three friends were transported to another place in safety, a huge isolated cerulean Stadium. But something was not right about it, way too coincidental even. It was like this voice knew all of this was going to happen...
