This is adorable! The cute, vibrant style of the character and the painted setting make it look like a still from a cartoon. I also like that he put the rings on the outside, as though they're his favourites he wants to show off!

He is a tiny fish that goes out on rainy days and sells junk he finds at the bottom of the river. If you lost something, you may eventually find it with him.
