Took a stab at the best Jotaro outfit design
I meant to draw this like 2 months earlier but lost motivation, I guess now this could work as a celebration of the Stone Ocean anime announcement. I hope his color scheme will end up somewhat similar to this because the orange, purple, and green just look really nice.
