Left to right:

• Superstar- beat the game
• Supernova- beat the game on hard mode
• Not a Skullgirl- complete the game with no damage(changed to 4 hearts)
• Not a Serif- complete the game with no damage on hard mode

Originally, I just used a 2 pixel brush, but @Gavmcool wanted me to use a more brushless style, like IbisPaint artists, so I smoothed up and shaved down the lines using a 1 pixel brush and eraser.

Also, the eyes are a staple of hard mode achievements.
