I wanted to do some variant designs of... whatever Mr. Blue is, so have some sad cloud people!
For the last one, I really liked the idea of the weather dudes becoming "polluted" or "toxic" and would become a more dangerous version of their weather like fog being smog. So the last guy is Acid Rain!
