There are many who despise the pantheon sitting atop Olympus, but none more so than the far north kingdom of Asgard. And of those that hail from the northern realm there is none more hell bent on waging war than the Giant Slayer Thor. His vendetta runs deep, forged in the fires of hate burning throughout the countless battles that the two kingdoms have waged. And for what purpose? What reason did Olympus have for continuing to invade the northern realm? To go as far as ally themselves with the Frost Giants just to overtake Asgard? To kill so many brave Asgardians who didn't have to fight?

A girl. A single girl from Greece who chose to hide away in the north out of shame for being the daughter of Zeus and Athena. This lead to a century or two of fighting where Thor would come to be hated rivals with the two siblings of war who came knocking on his kingdom's door refusing to find peaceful resolution. All Athena cared about was getting the girl back at any cost. This rivalry causing so many unnecessary deaths, many were his closest friends. This fighting as even claimed his brother. Only after the girl chose to commit suicide did this madness finally cease...

....but Thor would not stop. He has spent nearly every waking moment on taking his revenge, going on several quests to gather once lost legendary items, seeking out a way through Mount Olympus' impenetrable heights, even trying to force several gods of the western kingdom into fights on his terms. So far his efforts have yielded little fruit, but now with even one of their own Hercules going wild and even the middle kingdom's Bast on the warpath, perhaps his time for retribution is fast approaching....
