Scouting

Scouting is when a user of the NG community find users who can do good artwork.

-- Most of your artwork seems to be pretty good, but it lacks structure and proportions. I can't say mine is much better, but (as somebody else said) learning more about skeletal structure of the human body can help a lot with that. Also, you may want to consider adding backgrounds to your images; it helps a lot.
