From 2009. Dizzy is an OC belonging to a former friend. She kinda turned into some other, unrecognizable person many years ago, but I'm still a big fan of this character.

Like any other character, I always sketch them out using reference pics when I'm first learning to draw them. Different angles, poses, expressions are always good, and if applicable, figuring out what they look like without clothes is useful.
