I had an extremely vivid dream where I woke up from a dream into another dream fully thinking I was awake. It was so real, I looked at the walls and observed and they were real, I stumbled downstairs groggily having had just awoken from sleep and it felt kinetic. It was a school day so I was getting ready for my day as if I had actually been about to go to school because it was real to me. My younger brother was walking out the door to head to school alone as he typically leaves for the bus by himself if I have not yet gotten ready. Once I was downstairs, for a brief moment I have no clue why I felt like doing this but I gazed longly at the left open door to my room on the second floor. I deeply looked into it as if I was waiting for something to happen, and something did. I see a shadowy figure lurch past my door way, and for a moment I did not believe this was real so I rubbed my eyes and began to look harder and it happened again. I was enchanted with terrible awe, and if it couldn't get any worse the door slammed shut. I wanted to scream, but nothing came out. I began to well up in tears for a moment still in my place having not moved and inch. I tried to scream again still to no avail but this time I ran, yanked my departing brother back into the house, and told him something was in my room. We cautiously looked up to the now shut door and approached. He opened the door and shouted in shock and ran behind me revealing the demon before me. I even leaned in to get a closer look before I realized what I was doing and then slammed the door and ran down the stairs to join my brother. The last thing that happened was as I reached the bottom, returning to the place where this had all started, I looked back up for one final time to see the creature slowly sliding out of my room motionless and like a statue. the entire time it never moved, not even a blink as if it was a mannequin, but it did stare. The stare was enough for me to justify all this mountain of text you have just read, it was awful I thought it was so real and when I woke up I even questioned if I was still asleep. The figure on the right is a representation of me next to it, I'm about 5 feet 8 inches or around 170 cm tall so it was quite larger than me. I only made this because it all felt so real, and when I had time I sat down and had to try to remake it to show others how vivid it was to me, even if this is just a rough sketch.
