I love the concept of the album, you nailed the art perfectly!
Artwork I was commissioned to do by GameGrooves for their recent collaboration with Ska Punk International, Limit Breaker: A Ska Tribute to Final Fantasy VII. This is my first art commission for a physical release of any kind.
The front cover was done first for the digital release, while the physical release came later after all the inner spreads were done. Individual photographs and artist logos were added here with permission from both GameGrooves and the respective artists. Allen Brasch, head of GameGrooves, suggested the flying van as a stand-in for the airship, and I based it on an old Volkswagen camper van. All the colour swatches in the inner spread were taken directly from the original airship artwork.
Drawings done on Autodesk Sketchbook; colour correction, typesetting, and assembly done on MS PowerPoint.

Love it
Nice. They both have a UK comic book style to them.
I knew this was your art the moment I saw it in Game Grooves! I can't believe you're still smashing it with MS PowerPoint too. Congratulations on the release! :D
