Billey, Captain Of The Guard employed by Krit Sodrid, The Necromancer Queen. The two also have a more complicated relationship, which you can read about starting in The First Dance.

Billey is a half-Wild Elf. Reddish hair is fairly common among Wild Elves, so are freckles. Wild Elves also tend to be tomboys, and occasionally nudists, but Billey was always too shy to run around the woods naked.

Despite all three of my Wild Elves having tiny busts, that's not neccessarily a Wild Elf trait. Most elves of all types have small breasts, so it's not an unlikely coincidence that three randomly picked Wild Elves would end up very small in that department.

Here we see Billey mid-exercise, in armor to boot. I guess that's a good way to keep fit, if somewhat uncomfortable. At least she's not also wearing her leather under-armor.

When I was doing Billey's sculpt I was aiming for a slightly androgynous look. For her body I referenced various professional gymnasts, but I stayed away from the overly broad shoulders and lack of a waist (as well as the big muscles in general). I also didn't want to make her look as wiry as Virra. All in all I think I hit a happy medium between elf-skinny and noticably fit.
