I woke up one morning with the weirdest urge to draw this.
Kind of a mix between the old retro hero cartoons and some japanese advertising, I wanted it to be bright and fun and a little bit weird. I'm pretty happy with how it came out and so I've made it up into another shirt design.. i might even do a few similar pieces and make a whole team of Cat Commanders!
