This is the "Level Cap" of the Weeping Angel from Doctor Who! It is a gigantic queen of the weeping angel! You can see this by seeing The Doctor, which is the height of a normal human, looking out at her! Everything is made out of some sort of stone from the crown, which is crystal, to the walls! This is because weeping angels are creatures that have the perfect system to hide from predators. To keep a long story short, if a weeping angel is observed by anything like a living creature or a camera it will appear as stone and you can't kill stone. As soon as it isn't being observed it becomes alive and is as fast as light speed. If it touches you it will transport you to another time where you live till you die. In the words of the doctor, "The only psychopaths in the universe that kill you kindly!" It is drawn with copics, mainly C-3 and 100, a copic multiliner black 0.3 mm, and a uniball signo broad white gel ink pen. Now.... about me. I am a 14 year old who has gotten into art recently watching every one of your vids along with Baylee Jae.
