I once saw a fanmade Project Voltage Miku on Twitter, where instead of any Pokemon, she was paired with Etemon from Digimon. The idea of a Project Voltage Miku being with mons from other mon series got me thinking about one of my favourite non-Pokemon mon series of all time, Dinosaur King, and it soon led to this.
