Yep, This is Pico’s own Upgrade. As you can see there a numerous new elements and design choices that branch out of the original design.

Esthetic Attributes:

It is mostly very similar to Upgrade alas for some bits that were brought in to accentuate Pico or assist in carrying out his aesthetic.

As you can see, he has a belt made out of copper, while its function will be explained later in this description, it is a copper construct out of Technoblammers own metallic body with added magnetic properties. So are the feet soles. This material was chosen, among other reasons, because its reddish tint contrasts the overabundance of green the design has too much of.

The next thing you’ll probably notice is his different tonalities of green in the stead of Upgrade’s white parts. This, of course, is because of Pico’s shirt being adapted into his aliens as one of the Omnitrix's functions.

The white part in his eyes is a way to adapt Tom Fulp’s artistic design choice for the character in keeping his eyes… well… white. Instead of this energy-looking effect I first intended to make the inside black part of the circle white but it looked really forced so I changed it to this.

Powers:

We can expect the usuals:

• Mechanism Upgrading
• Reproduction of Mechanic Constructs via body Mass.
• Body Mass malleability and density alteration.
• Weakness to electricity.
• Laserbeam Eye.

Pico’s Usage:

This may very well be Pico’s favorite alien, even though he doesn’t like to admit it (he doesn’t want to sound like a nerd), for the sole motive being he gets to upgrade and integrate into him an immense arsenal of guns. To him, it’s like almost a gun Omnitrix inside the Omnitrix. That’s the reason why he generates a copper-like construct to keep his favorite gun. This construct works like the rest of his body and can as well be subject to the morphing and liquification of his body. Due to this, Pico has also generated this same construct on his feet, allowing him to give really powerful kicks by optimizing the density on each part of the swing. While bizarre at first, the existence of this construct with copper-like properties would be nigh necessary for some of the upgrades to work so, by focusing entirely on this material, it could feasible be concentrated into this type of accessories. 

Pico called this alien Technoblammer because of his favorite mode of usage being, as explained earlier, “techno” the gun, “blam” the gun. This last part being part of one of his most representative lines gives away that he REALLY likes the metal blob. Sometimes when he’s not in the company of others he will practice with the techno ability (the way he calls upgrading).

Author Notes:

The techno part of the name also is a reference to the music genre, as it will be a common theme with his transformations.

The marking part was the one that got me the most intimidated. However, they proved a very useful recourse to further transmit Pico's influence on a Mechamorph transformation.
