I hate to be brutal but I'd feel bad rating this low this without explaining why.

- The nose and mouth are so small they are just visual noise.
- The eyebrows are so high and small I thought they were just random details in the hair.
- The arms are absolute nonsense, you obviously drew some finger-like shapes hooked onto the hips and then two curved lines for each arm.
- That cheek is beyond "peanut head" and has become phallic. It almost looks like the nose since the real one is like 5 pixels.
- The highlights in the hair don't go along with the lineart at all.
- The line weight seems to be completely random.

You can't coast by on filters and "aesthetic" to make your drawings more palatable. Even the most exaggerated and abstract styles require some thought in order to be readable--more than realism, in some cases. I will give you some props on what I think works, though:

- The general body shape works. If you didn't use the "hip shelf" on every drawing of yours I'd find this character pretty unique, between the bunny-ear eyelashes and the long cheek, which could look good if experimented on enough.
- The hightlights in the hair could be turned into a good idea. If you made them into a more consistent, flat pattern, I think it would be easier for a viewer to accept them for not going looking accurate. You'd probably also have to do this on the shirt.

Again, the main problem for me is readability. I really hope you find these points and ideas helpful.

Edit: After looking at your gallery, it seems you use the long cheek and the bunny ear eyelashes on half the characters you draw. I'd recommend making those unique to a single character. On that note, every character has the same gigantic, tall, shiny googly eyes, so it's hard to tell them apart at a glance even with other details being different.
