Some scribbles of Resourceful Rat from Enter the Gungeon, also an excuse for me to dabble with Paint Tool SAI's binary tool since I haven't really done so in a long time.

His attack patterns are really intimidating, but by repeatedly practising you can only get better. Stocking up on health and getting lucky with some nice weapons always helps, but getting reliably good at dodging and anticipating his bullshit is the best way to get good at consistently beating him.
