Flickering TV set from THEY LIVE for picoCAD Jam 113: Television

I wanted to make a simple box tv for the Jam and I thought this would be a good idea to stick on tv. The tv is just a 80s style box tv, I've improvised quite a bit. The flickering and screen change is just a texture swap whilst pausing the GIF Export.
