Uh oh, it's Legendary Chrom from Fire emblem heroes (originally from awakening)

He is an absolute op monster in feh. He has this noble uniform in this version with this tall collar and fluffy coat seam. The costume was way more complicated than i remembered, it's a nice opportunity to pay attention to the design of the clothes.
