Scourge Redesign (+Character Rework)

What if Scourge (formerly Anti-Sonic) was more than just "The opposite of Sonic in everyway except speed and gender"?

I wanted to explore a Scourge who has simply grown tired of the whole "Evil Sonic" shtick and has been put on a path of self-discovery, one that had been spurred on by (hypothetically) either Sonic taking on the "Evil Sonic" role himself and outperforming Scourge in that regard or maybe something as simple as being another version of Scourge from another timeline/dimension where you don't have to necessarily be the opposite alignment of your mainline counterpart.

In respect to the latter, this version of Scourge isn't evil Sonic per se, just "different" Sonic. He's more of a good-leaning neutral party. An anti-hero of sorts if you will, with some characteristics that still contrast with our beloved blue boy. Where Sonic is eager and impulsive, Scourge is patient and calculative. Where Sonic is laid back and casual, Scourge is all business, all the time. And where Sonic would spare his enemies to give them a chance to change, Scourge would rather finish them off else they come back as even more of a threat. And while this version wouldn't maltreat his associates, his reasoning would be more from a strategic standpoint instead of a moral or ethical one.

So that's what I have to say. What are your thoughts on my take on Scourge?
