The Lylat Wars are reaching their Climax, the small isolated conflict that started in a distant system a little of 30 years ago has spread to the entire Galaxy. Alliances are made and broken. Treaties are burned and erected.
There are people who dedicate their efforts to end the conflict, there are those who cash on the War games.There are also those who enjoy the ride, to wherever it takes them.
Such a person is Megan, the current F-Zero GP Champ. (Stella Lupa delivery crew member.)
Another one is the Herald of Chaos. A being known as "The Space Pirate King".
