Monty Leo, also known as Code: B, a supporting character of the novel called "Fantastic Creation".

This character is pretty simple eh?
You don't need to know his name, he could be anyone, or even you. Monty is just a given name by his "parents". He is determined, hatred, hypeful. The more he kills, the more insane he is. In his point of view, the William brothers are evil, he wants to rescue his parents... You know what? Go read the novel, although it's incomplete, the story of that character is in chapter 1 and 2.
