Have taken a bit to get back into my groove of making and posting art. Here's a somewhat older piece made a few months back, based on my favorite character in all of anime, Ryuko Matoi from Kill La Kill. I'm a huge fan of Studio Trigger and of Kill La Kill. Those 2 are huge influences on my work for as long as I can remember. I've set to follow the grungy groundwork they have set artistically. Without Trigger, there wouldn't be Y2K. With that in mind, here's the story of this set of pieces; I was heavily influenced by the Ryuko redraw challenge from a while back. That and I really wanted to practice posing by drawing my favorite character in fiction. I also wanted to draw Ryuko in Lingerie, cowprint bikini, and a bunny suit. Mind you this was in development hell for a good while, that was until September where I would later post it on my Instagram (@the_y2k_spectre).
