Nice work, especially for a practice piece. I can tell you've made a solid effort at portraying anatomy, there are a few things you could stand to improve, the characters chest doesn't cut off at the top, a good way to do this is signify where the collarbone is, which is usually the same height as the edge of the shoulders, currently the chest line goes up into the neck which looks a bit strange. Also the right forearm seems almost like a cutout image, try to see if you can make it look as integrated with the upper arm as you have with the left arm. Overall you've done a good job, I like the painted style you've achieved, and the background is a nice mix of ethereal colors and blurs to add to an overall dreamy aesthetic.
