I wanted this piece to provoke. I wanted to push boundaries. I was hoping to elicit a reaction from the audience. I feel as though Seth MacFarlane's modern art style as seen in "Family Guy" just makes for a more cohesive and more expressive iteration of my character. My series, "World Enders", could take a lot of notes from such masterpieces like Family Guy. The rigid art style, the fourth wall breaks, the cutaways... Its just such a masterful series that really appeals to my high-end sensibilities. In a way, this piece is a self portrait.
