Gen 8 Pokésona: Hisuian Decidueye

Gen 8 Pokésona, because yes I do count Hisui Pokemon as Gen 8 Pokémon.

Took me a hot minute to figure this one out since H.Decidueye already has so much detail and I wasn't sure how to add/change it. Working on physical paper did have its issue here with how many revisions I did, but I still like how the design turned out.
