Bilious Hale knew of his demise being his closest admirer for his fearless and risky acts for any man to witness. But also suspected foul play. The Hale's Kept a close eye on the family that would continue on the illusionist practice into the most recent generation with Logan Houdini.

Inspired by his lost grandfather, Logan uses his practice of illusionist magic on the scrapped hats disposed of during the Gravel Wars. Creating some Unusual variants that the mercenaries would then wear on the frontlines. The hats would vary in having orbiting little rocks that looked like our solar system, basic shapes like a heart or peace symbol, even fire that was harmless to the touch of bare skin!

After the current Hale, Saxton Hale lost Mann Co. to someone else. Logan was sent underground and kept hidden from public eyes and from the new CEO.
