At the time there wasn't much MD bondage content. Luckily I've seen a big increase in artists that started drawing the cast in these situations. It's a dumb shame that something as morbid as THAT SCENE from Tiny Bunny was needed... but a spark is a spark and this one I thoroughly welcome.
