I think it looks like being exposed as a trophy in that grey wall, seems to suffer and bleeding all that stuff in red ropes but to a bit of sensualism but that doesnt matter

Anyway, the eye looks a bit dodgey, it should be open and starey with blood coming out in large amounts, or closed with bloody tears comiong out. That just looks like she is looking a bit sad and just happens to have no pupil and be dead. You would have thought her death would be pretty violent and painful either making her eyes very wide or closed tight as hell. But thats just my opinion. Think you need more ribs and to have them closer together as well. And if she's bleeding from her eyes why not the rest of her body? She seems to be missing a fair few body bits, you would have thought at least a few blood drops would be present. I like all the charms/holy symbols, without those it would be pretty plain and boring. Her neck should be a little more straight and less curved in as well, maybe add some bloody stains to her body and hair, or at least add detail to her hair, doesn't look so good as a solid lump. Breast goes out to the left (her left) too much as well, should be a bit more central (or maybe its just the angle she's hung). I like it but its all in the details. (sorry my review is so disorganised, I just said the stuff as I saw it) Keep it up.
