Unleashing rage

Share

"The celestial counterpart of rage is an unformed being made of black miasma which takes the shape of those it inhabits, where its tendrils spread onto those around them. Much like most other celestial and supernatural beings, it is not considered to be evil despite its depiction in the culture. However unwanted in most situations, it is still invoked in in situations where someone needs strength of bullheaded force of will. Communing with this celestial is especially precarious as it is easy for young and weak willed to invoke it and be overwhelmed. With careful invocation and strong willpower those with weaker bodies have been able to perform feats of strength and endurance far beyond their capabilities. Those who are not able to keep a clear mind will find themselves becoming alarmingly tunnel sighted, unable to think straight and impulsive. This celestial being is considered a bad influence in many cases, however, as it has a tendency to invade the minds of people even when not actively invoked, either through others or through passive invocation. The effects of rage normally fade away within a short period of time, however it can nestle itself within someones psyche for a long while, which can cause people to lash out in rage when slightly aggravated."
