"The nectar that the gods consume is inedible by all mortals and is solely for the enjoyment of the gods. However, one day when the deity observed a drop of nectar spill from his cup, as it did, it turned into colorful ribbons of color that playfully swirled in the sky. To this day he spreads the nectar over the skies to bring delight to all in his domain."

So many details. Was this inspired by any one artist in particular or is it more of a combination of every influence you have?

More of a combination, haha. The evolution of this piece was vast and the inspiration was mostly the challenge of trying to come up with a way to make all the elements fit together. From the idea of the god having to appear giant, to the melange of colors and the landscape below the god as well. Independently these wouldn't be any issue, but when you combine them all together, then you'll have to poke your brain a bit to come up with solutions.
