This is Chris Sanchez.
He's the main protagonist of my fan made series, Freak City USA.
He, along with his family and most of the town of Tropic City...into mutants, by the shady government agency called Vexion.
Chris has the ability to shape-shift into anything he can think of. The only limit is what he can mentally maintain.
He's an adventurous 16 year boy that wants to help keep the mutants safe from Vexion's CEO, Helvetica from turning them into her army to conquer the world.
