I like the idea that Frosty Fest is a masquerade in Splatsville.
I did use a reference for the pose. Credit for that goes to mmuehoul, I think. I found the illustration on Pinterest, but the artist wasn't properly credited and the account I found on Tumblr was inactive and I couldn't find the piece on their blog.
