Under The Surface: HELP ME

My submission for the COTM for November with the theme, "Under The Surface". I went and used the theme to express what's really happening inside the mind of a person with depression. This is my first time submitting an entry. I am 16 years old, and studied drawing with the help of YouTube. Thank you, Jazza. For inspiring me to create art.
