Daisuke's arrival at a tropical-like metropolis, Ohanu, unexpectedly starts off chaotic when a pink-haired maniac named Haruko arrives at the scene to take her mind off of chasing Atomsk for a while. As his parents go out on their wedding anniversary, he and Haruko go out on their own night out while encountering a series of crazed mutants and an old enemy from her past plans on ridding her once and for all.
