This reminds me of when I had an art assignment in college where I had to put a shoe in front of me and draw it from my perspective. It sounds so simple, but it was probably the hardest thing I had ever done in my life. I didn't do very well to say the least, but I'm not much of an artist..
This seems to have a good perspective all around, but it seems that the edge of the entry of the bag that is straight isn't quite correct. Since it's straight up and down without and crumpling I'd imagine it would be equal to or close to being equal to the back of the bag? It also lacks any crease on that side unlike the closer side. I imagine this bag being fully opened being quite lopsided.
