It would mean SO much to me to win 1st place in the Beginner Category because I am a relatively new and young artist that could really do with the encouragement of my inspiration picking my submission.
I chose Pinterest because I am constantly using it for inspiration so had a solid idea of drawing it as a girl who goes around her life picking her inspiration from what she sees. There are quite a few nods to Pinterest around the image (like the number 10 nodding to Pinterest being created in March 2010, the Pinterest badge on her bag and more).
I really enjoyed designing and making this piece and although it would mean so much for me to win, I wish every entry the best of luck! :)
