I know the drawings are a unrefined. But the idea is if the player chose to go with the pirates. This could potentially make a more diverse move set. Be able to choose a pirate friend to go into a level with a player, have a customizable arm. Giving the player an option to grab enemies to throw at others, or to hit an enemy multiple times.

Since game sequels usually want to either one up their last game, or add a new mechanic. I think this would good way to do it, since the gameplay is already loose and kinda fun.
