Gringdus was alone, Gringdus wanted to draw, drew himself wearing ducky shirt, and sitting with mushroom he bought from fungal merchant, and pet frog Yamsy. The empty chest is also in Gringdus' cave. He is very poor, due to being scammed by fungal merchant. Yamsy eats flies, so no worries, he won't go hungry. Gringdus will probably go hungry, mushroom to valuable to eat. It's investment now.

In all seriousness, I got drunk at 3 AM and fired up MS Paint to make a sheltered in place piece in under 30 minutes, I was inspired by my best friend, FungalMerchant. He made a far better one than I.
